Return and Exchange Policy – Abdulaziz Alnuwairis Store for Oud and Incense At Abdulaziz Alnuwairis Store for Oud and Incense, we prioritize customer satisfaction and the quality of our products from Oud, incense, Oud oil, and fragrances. If you wish to return or exchange, please review the following conditions: Allowed period The customer has the right to return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. Requests are not accepted after the specified period. Product condition accepted The product must be unused, in its original condition as received, with the original unopened packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of perfumes and incense products. In case of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, the replacement is free after verification of the condition. Shipping fees In case of return or exchange due to a store error or product defect: we bear all shipping costs. If the reason is the customer changing their mind: the customer bears the shipping and return costs. Refund The refund is processed within 5 to 10 working days from the date of receiving the product at our warehouses, using the same payment method. For cash on delivery payments, the amount will be transferred to the bank account after deducting shipping fees (if any). ⚠️ Important notes No return or exchange requests will be accepted without the order number or proof of purchase.
